Scrap Quilting Part 1

I have watched every YouTube video on scrap management that I could find. I've tried numerous methods that just didn't work for me, and I never actually used them.
I also want an ongoing, somewhat mindless quilt project for those stressful days when I just want to grab a few random squares and sew them together repeatedly.
Sometimes, I'm simply in the mood to cut fabric into squares and rectangles.
So, after 13 years of quilting, I've finally found a scrap process that meets all my needs, and the scraps are actually being used.
If you struggle to use your scraps, sometimes like to just cut fabric, and enjoy some mindless sewing occasionally, this might work for you too.
Sizes I keep:
Squares
1.5” and I keep 1.5” strips
2.5”
4.5”
5”
Rectangles
2.5” x 4.5”
2.5” x 6.5”
I don't separate by colors, only two sections for each size: low volume and not low volume.
Below are some pictures of my scrap storage. I haven't mentioned the best part yet... I have several quilt patterns that I've designed using Electric Quilt 8, which I will be sharing.
